Yes, if accompanied by a permanent resident. You are more than welcome to enjoy the facilities in good company.
Contact us by email or telephone to set up an appointment to visit the residence of your choice. An advisor will greet you and take you on a guided tour of the installations.
Visitors can accompany you to the swimming pool as long as you are in their company and you don’t disturb others. Friends and family can also eat at the dining room/restaurant by paying for their meal at the reception desk.

The majority of our residences feature multiple types of units, most equipped with full kitchens, though some studios come with a kitchenette and meals included in the base rent. You also have the possibility of adding meals to your base rent! Residents can choose to take 1, 2 or 3 meals per day outside of their unit according to their tastes and expectations. We offer complete and balanced meals made by experienced chefs and served in restaurant-style dining rooms with table service.
Parking spaces for electric cars may be available depending on the residence. Please contact the residence directly to enquire on this.

In addition to 24/7 staff presence, each residence is equipped with a security camera system, a complete sprinkler system, an emergency generator, alarms and smoke detectors in all apartments and common areas, an electronic access control system as well as an individual emergency alert system for each resident.
Our dedicated team provides healthcare services either directly to your unit or at the resident care centre. All of our residences are located near a hospital centre or a CLSC should you require the services of a doctor.

The tax credit for home support helps reduce the costs of various home support services for persons aged 70 and up. This refundable tax credit is equal to 35% of eligible expenses. Eligible expenses include home care, maintenance and supply services such as housekeeping, healthcare, assisted services and meals. The credit is reduced by 3% for each dollar in excess of $60,135 in household income, unless the senior incurring the expense is considered to be non-autonomous, in which case no reduction is applicable.
Other programs may also be available depending on your situation: Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS) pension, Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), Allowance for the Survivor, Allowance for the Spouse, Attendant Care Tax Certificate which may allow elderly persons to obtain a tax credit for attendant care expenses, either for themselves or their spouse.
The Government of Canada also offers various financial assistance options for veterans: the Retirement Income Security Benefit, the Supplementary Retirement Benefit, the War Veterans Allowance Program and more, which you can learn more about at: https://www.veterans.gc.ca/.
