LA MALBAIE, July 5, 2018 – The new Residence des Bâtisseurs La Malbaie should receive its first tenants at the end of summer 2019 if all conditions are favorable. After more than two years of preparation and planning, Groupe Résidences des Bâtisseurs officially inaugurated this vast construction site on July 5th, in the presence of several dignitaries.
The completion of this project, which will benefit independent retirees and seniors in the region, represents an investment of approximately $ 20 million. The work is supervised by Construction Nadeau and Boulé, a partner of Résidences des Bâtisseurs Group.
